Add a CommentGood acting, good message and the movie has one of the great movie lines about human behavior. I'm interested in what this director comes up with next. He has a deft style at conveying messages without being annoying.
Very good movie, I wonder if Adam's protrayal of the character is more accurate than Dr.Brennan on the tv show Bones who's suppose to also have Asperger syndrome.(as i remember reading from a tweet by the show's creator long ago)
A different kind of love story. Adam is a person that you can't help but love and protect. A great movie to watch with your girlfriends or by yourself.
A-typical "romantic comedy" (for lack of a better classification). It's well done, if a bit lacklustre.
I actually forgot what this movie was about right after I watched it.
Must view this delightful film. Feel all the emotions of Adam as he is drawn out of his shell and into the world around him by Beth his new neighbour.

Wonderful film with a lot of heart. I enjoyed seeing a new spin on the romantic comedy genre. Hugh Dancy portrays Adam perfectly and this film is another excellent showcase of his great talent. My only problem with this film was one scene that was inappropriate, unnecessary, hurtful, and completely untrue.
Good – Adam (2009) 99 min. A little film with lots of heart and poignant messages scattered throughout. It’s about a man with Asperger’s Syndrome and his relationship with a woman in his building. It’s incredible the contrast between the main character and the girl’s father in terms of honesty – those with Asperger’s Syndrome see everything as it actually is and have a difficult time processing what another is thinking. Well presented and entertaining film.
