A real rescued treasure of fabulous southern Italian recipes, some of which you can't find in other books and some of which would have lost to us forever if not for these two girls getting them from their relatives. Even if you don't want to know how to make sausages or olives, its fascinating to understand how its done. And there are plenty of recipes that are easy and delicious to make. The recipes are accompanied with charming stories and explanations that make this is a one of a kind recipe book - have a look and mangia!!
