Add a CommentThe title of this novel really got me interested. I mean lots of people have real hard as rock boyfriends but not transparent imaginary ones. Nuh uh that don’t work. Heidi Ryder thinks she has the best solution to her problems with her popularity; all she needs is a boyfriend. Well, not just a boyfriend but a fake imaginary boyfriend. He is going to be just like the kind of boy Heidi has ever wanted. And her friends believe her and they start e-mailing him about their problems and problems involving Heidi. Soon everything changes when a person who calls himself “A Real Boy” starts e-mailing Heidi and saying that he knows what Heidi is going through. Will Heidi be able to break free from her lies or will she never find romance at all? My Invisible Boyfriend is in my opinion, recommended to people who have not been so lucky finding someone to love and cherish. This novel is what you SHOULDN’T do. I loved it!
