Read-a-like to Elinor Lipman's The Family Man, similar writing style, voice and sense of humor. Would have liked to have given it more stars except for the ending...
It starts out fizzy with humor and clever descriptions, but ends in a fizzle of an unsolved disappearance.
Very odd book. No real ending and I found myself not caring at all for any of the characters.
I can't decide if the swearing or the incoherence is the worst.
