Add a CommentTitle refers to when mobsters kill thier victim in the trunk of a car! Another good Harry Bosch story.
I did not care for the story, and I found the female character abominably ill-written. She seems angry at Bosch for all of five minutes for their previous relationship, and it seems as if prison cured her of any distinct personality traits or signs of life she used to have.
Trunk Music - slang for Mafia hit ending with the victim stashed in a car trunk. Lots of twists, many of them involving the reappearance of Eleanor Wish, Harry's lost love. Happy ending for once. Not that it's going to last long in this series.
