I LOVED this book... I expected it to be completely predictable but it wasn't. I CANNOT wait till Sweet Peril comes out!!!!!!!!!! and Sweet Reckoning...... but alas not until next summer and the summer after that........ WAAAAAAA!!!!!!

When I picked this book up at the library, I'll admit I expected it to be awful, the fact that the last line of the synopsis on the back read, "Will Anna embrace her halo or her horns?" sounded like a cheesy supernatural book. I was pleasantly surprised and finished this book in two days. It held suspense, fear, and even a bit of romance. I will admit, the ending was a bit disappointing, but perhaps that could be filled by a second one. Here's hoping.
Although I am not a fan of angels and devils, the romance is enough to keep anyone engaged! The main character's bittersweet story pulls on your emotions, and it is hard to stop reading!
Wow. Amazing book. I wasn't a demon vs angels fan before but this book absoultely changed that. I was first drawn to it by its cover and was skeptical but decided to give it a try and I am sure glad I did. Higgings is an amazing author. This book actually focuses on the Nephilim, the children of angels and demons, and the jobs of their fathers that these Neph must carry out. I highly recommend this book to YA romance lovers out there. It does contain mature content but it is absolutely amazing. I'm praying HarperCollins picks up the sequel. Fingers crossed! Oh, and be prepared to totally swoon over the British bad boy Kaidan :)
This book blew my mind, a definite favorite, I cannot imagine ever not reading this! I encourage everyone appropriate - there is sensuality, be mindful of that - to pick Ms. Higgins stunning debut up! Rest assured that Sweet Evil is not a debut to be missed!! This is a good book. Actually, correction, this is a great book. This is the book that blows minds all over the place. My congratulations to Ms. Higgins, your debut is officially hot shiz.
Interesting story line although for me it was sort of disturbing. Fits in well with the whole different life story and it has strong characters and feelings.
BEST BOOK EVER!!! Sweet Evil is just such a breath of fresh air, with great writing and exciting plot twists and discoveries. Loved every minute of it! Read it!
