Yes. For the most part - I thought that this book's premise (which was written by Stevenson in 1886) was really quite intriguing, to say the least.

But, to be totally honest here - I could not accept the fact that not only did the drug that Dr. Jekyll create alter his moral character to the extreme, but it also transformed his outward appearance significantly, as well.

*Trivia note* - This influential novella's impact is such that it has become a part of the language, with the very phrase "Jekyll and Hyde" coming to mean a person who is vastly different in moral character from one situation to the next.
