Sam seemed to have everything a teenage girl could want: popularity, a hot boyfriend, cool status, fun friends, loving family and seeming happiness. But beyond the superficial, Sam?s life wasn?t so charmed. She was one of a clique of high school mean girls who made life hellish for those different from them. When she?s killed in a car accident, Sam is forced to relive her last day on Earth seven times in order to get things right. She attempts to make sense of what befell her and gain a better understanding of herself and others. In the process Sam evolves, learns to be a good person and comes to accept her fate. As narrated by Sam (Zoey Deutsch), this touching story, based on the 2010 young adult novel by Lauren Oliver, has a Groundhog Day structure, with a dramatic arc.

Before I Fall is an amazing book and this movie adaption is just as wonderful! Follow Sam and her friends as she learns about compassion, maturity and kindness as she lives the same day over and over trying to make up for her mistakes. This is a beautiful movie with a fantastic message and a great group of actors.

I liked it. Its current with what is going on with these cliques in school and what not. It is a groundhog day movie but you have to figure out why then the movie is over. I just don't like the ending I wish that they had a better "solution" to the problem.

if you liked "if i stay" you might enjoy this one !!! I found it contrite and boring !!!!!!

It should have been rated R for language, strong sexual dialogue throughout. Not at all recommended.

Decent performances and unique plot raise the grade of this teenagers growing-up story. Include the "Groundhog Day" technique of someone reliving the same experience over & over, but this time not for the humor of it, and you have a compelling film with something to say.

This was an interesting movie. I will recommend it to the teens in my family. It was not boring if you paid attention to how the teenage girl was changing.
