Good Nature documentary series about the bald eagle , unique in North America. Interesting footage, is an intimate portrait of these majestic raptors 'lives in the world. Worthwhile to watch.

Lots of up-close, clear footage of a couple of nests and their trials and tribulations while raising their eaglets, along the U.S. Mississippi river.
There is some historical reference and information, such as that the eagle was removed from the endangered species list in 1995, and transferred to the threatened species list. It was removed from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife in the Lower 48 States on June 28, 2007 (wikipedia)
