A motorway service station on the M1: dimly lit, run down, poorly supervised, flickering lights, dark corners; a favourite stopover for long-distance lorry drivers on their way up north from London. Behind it, a body is found in a ditch, that of a girl barely out of her teens. She appears to have no family, no friends, no connections anywhere. Other girls have gone missing in the vicinity and no one has stepped forward to claim them. Anna Travis is assigned to the case.

enjoyed this book and would recommend to others. Enjoyed the plot, and thought it was well written, kept me on the edge of my seat as the plot thickened.
Great book, now reading more from this author, not usually what I read, but have enjoyed it.

Blind Fury is a murder mystery by Linda La Plante who created the series, Prime Suspect and the character of Jane Tennyson. She has now created the character of DI Anna Travis who is involved in the investigation of a triple murder. I found that the story was somewhat predictable but still it was interesting and well written.
