Very well done movie. A pleasure to watch. I would recommend this movie for all to see. No fast forwarding on this one. No falling asleep on this DVD!!!!!

Nothing major to specify; just a light romantic/historical farce with some likeable old time actors (Gary Cooper, for example). It was strange to see Boris Karloff in such a role, and Howard Da Silva also felt out of place. Paulette Goddard, though a pleasure to look at, wasn't really all that convincing as an indentured British slave (with *no* accent to speak of, not even an attempt) here. Don't miss the hilarious waterfall escape with she and Cooper.
