Women’s Stuff – what a terrific book every woman young and old should ideally have at their fingertips all the time. It is actually intended to be one of those kind of books that you dip into as you might reach certain stages in your development through life. Good basic definitions and advice can be had, stripped of the glossy advertising and magazine type style so many of us can fall into. With lots of good references too with books and websites to follow up with. Chapters include: confidence, how we look, eating and exercise, general health, hormones and health, mind, family & friends, love & sex, work & home, money, and being true to yourself.

Fabulous! Every woman/teenage girl should read this. My only gripe is it is too heavy to read comfortably in bed!
