Very interesting and well worth the read. Beautiful photography and illustrations too.

A history of the chicken. This book looks at the history of chickens and their association to humans. Chapters describe the veneration of the chicken through to the 20th century industrialization of chicken. The book is informative and well illustrated. A quick read that was enjoyable. Recommended for everyone.
