Mostly a coffee-table book of recipe porn: big pictures, some obfuscating the recipes printed on them, exotic/expensive ingredients, only a tiny note that *-ed ingredients (almost 1 per recipe) are listed in the Glossary. Too pretty and expensive to use in the kitchen, but that doesn't seem to be the design goal.
