This book is outstanding. If you're new to Lightroom, it will walk you step-by-step through the software. But there's SO MUCH MORE. Be sure to read the chapter about downloading samples from Kelby's website -- they're remarkable and allow you to practice the Lightroom skills yourself; you'll see right on your screen what the book is explaining. Lots of other stuff to download free, too -- templates, etc. If you don't know much about Lightroom, this book showcases the software in great style.

A very good book, easy to follow.

It's got key photos used by the book to be downloaded and used to follow while reading (ref "Introduction: 7 things you'll wish you had known before reading this book").

I find it useful to read Chapter 15 (Workflow) first to get an understanding of how Lightroom can be used before reading other chapters in detail.
