I have not seen this one yet, but it is on hold for me. It will be very difficult for any film maker to portray Victoria any better than the current PBS presentation. (2017) Who knows today what she was like at 18-19, although we do know from her letters that she was sensual, no one actually knows. "Victoria" is absolutely superb drama!

I enjoyed this miniseries; it was like "The Young Victoria" but more in-depth. It was well acted and really brought history, that can lost in names and dates, to life. When reading snippets of Queen Victoria's journal, you can see how she was just like everyone else, with a sense of humour, and hopes, and love.
