Very interesting read that may convince keen readers to follow up and read the research behind some of the summaries in this book. I am not so keen :) but I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

All this book is is a compilation of test results put together by a couple of reporters. They then give you their interpertation of the results. Save yourself the time and read something put together by experts...not reporters out to make a buck.
