The wait is finally over... Die-hard fans whove spent more than a year holding their breath for Season 6 of The Hamster Wheel to start will, unfortunately, have to hold their breath a tad longer. But the good news is that Season 2 is finally here. The Chaser team returns to take a lawyer-approved look at the world of media, politics and c**sorship. And this time around they promise the gloves are off, which is odd because no-one can recall them ever wearing gloves in previous seasons. The action in Season 2 all takes place in 1977 because, according to our audience research, shows that are set in the 1970s rate much more highly. And viewers can look forward to the return of all their favourite segments, including: *The Henry Hotline, where Ch 10 Breakfast host Paul Henry rings up both of his viewers and does the show down the phone to save TV transmission costs. * The Pitch, where two rival agencies compete to come up with a concept for yet another Gruen franchise. * Photo Finish, where Andrew Gunsberg and Andy Muirhead share some of their favourite photographs. In further exciting news, Season 2 sees Sarah Murdoch join the cast of The Hamster Wheel, which means the show will almost certainly be pulled off air after just 3 episodes.
