This is a great book. I listened to it while running. Even though it is steeped in science, the book is easy and clear. They introduce a subject, explain the science, and then personalize or make it relatable. Plus, at the end, the repackage the points for people in certain situations (i.e. teachers). I will definitely be buying a hard copy.

Even though I did not get the chance to finish the whole book, the ideas and the review I read about this book really helped me a lot about studying.

I also find the Coursera online MOOC called Learning how to learn is extremely helpful, it took many ideas including this book together to help on learning, which I think is a must take for everyone.
